INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT STATUS:

The proposed development is integrated development under the provisions of 4.46 (1) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 requiring approval from the NSW Department of Industry (Natural Resources Access Regulator)

Council has received the above development application which is on public exhibition between

1 June 2020 and 23 June 2020. During this public exhibition period, the documentation accompanying this application may be viewed on Council’s website.

Any person wishing to make a submission regarding the proposed development should do so in writing addressed to the General Manager, Muswellbrook Shire Council, to reach Council before the close of business on 23 June 2020.  Any submissions by way of an objection should be supported by the grounds for that objection.
