Bulky Waste Service – Bookings Now Open
Online bookings for Bulky Waste Pickups and Waste Disposal Vouchers are now available through the portal buttons below each service option.
Information letters explaining the new service and how to access your two annual entitlements have been mailed to eligible households and should arrive within the week.
Dispose of bulky household items in a way that suits you.
Under Council’s updated Bulky Waste Service, eligible households will receive two (2) waste disposal entitlements each financial year (1 July – 30 June).
You can choose how to use your two entitlements:
- Two Waste Disposal Vouchers – Take your bulky waste to a Council waste facility, or
- Two Bulky Waste Pickups – Have your bulky waste collected from your kerb, or
- One of each – One pickup and one voucher.
Each voucher visit or booked pickup uses one entitlement.
The improved service gives households greater convenience while helping reduce the amount of bulky waste left on kerbsides for extended periods.
