Who will be notified of my planning proposal?

Proposals are advertised in the local newspaper and owners in the vicinity of the site, who may be affected, are notified. These are identified in Section 4 of Council’s Development Control.

Notification fees are payable at the time of lodgement of the application.

Where special advertising procedures are specified under the EP&A Act (e.g designated development), an additional fee will be required to be paid.

Proposed applications may be viewed on Council’s website.
