UHI Pty Ltd has contracted to purchase the former Rosemount Winery at Denman NSW from Fosters with settlement in January 2011. Fosters intends to retain all the winery equipment for use in other premises and is currently removing this equipment over the balance of 2010.
Denman is located in an area with a rich agricultural heritage of wine, horses and cattle, a coal mining boom, industrial land shortage and housing shortage.

Expression of interest
UHI Pty Ltd seeks expressions of interest to lease individual sheds or the whole site for use from February 2011. There are also four houses and a cellar door facility on the site which are available for lease separately.
Additional sheds can be constructed to requirements.
Proposals that encourage local employment and diversity of local industry are encouraged.
Proposals that promote development and employment in the Hunter may be eligible for NSW Government financial assistance through the Hunter Advantage Fund.
